IE values the importance of equitable and fair compensation for environmental justice work. That’s why IE pays all staff and fellows, and does not have ongoing unpaid volunteer positions. Instead, we provide project-based volunteer opportunities that meet the desires of our community to contribute to IE in small, yet powerful, ways. Volunteer with team IE today!
