Ming (she/her) is a communications strategist exploring the intersections of climate, justice, and culture. Currently she is the Communications Manager at The Solutions Project, where she leads brand strategy, media, and content to uplift frontline climate solutions. '

Previously, she led communications for the Climate Group and helped transform Climate Week NYC into a more inclusive, culture-driven summit. There, she launched the first Environmental Justice Program, the Communicating Climate Change series, and led the inaugural U.S. Climate Action Week campaign.

Rooted in storytelling, solidarity, and justice, Ming partners with thought leaders and impact brands to create a more equitable and sustainable society.

Diandra is a Spanglish poet and writer. Her work trails emergent social and cultural narratives of belonging, healing and restoration through ancestry and environmental connection.
